Phoenix Forge was formed in the year 1992, as a Private Limited Company. It has an area of 1.75 land at Vasanthanarsapura Industrial Area with a production capacity of 12000 MT per Annum. Phoenix Forge Supplies components to various industries like the Aerospace, Machine Tools, Energy Sector, Agriculture, Construction Bridge, Off Road, Hydraulics, Railways, Defense, etc.

We manufacture Special purpose machines such as Broaching Machines, which are used for producing keyway slots, splines, and hexagon profiles on components used in various CNC, VMC, and HMC machines. At present, we manufacture broaching machines and are supplying them locally as well as to outstation customers. These machines currently contribute approximately 15% of our total turnover.

In addition, we manufacture parts such as CNC machine components, pull studs, Ball Screw Rods, ER Collets, BT30, BT40, BT50 tool holders, CNC chucks, soft jaws, Hard Jaws, CNC Turret, CNC Machine Tool Holder Block, HSK Tool Holders, and Spindles, which are used mostly in VMC and CNC machines as well as special-purpose machines.

Nearly 38% of our revenue is generated from the machine tool industry.
